Description Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Services For The Following: (1) Conveyance By Air For Domestic Inbound/outbound Mail Dispatches From Cmec To Vismin Areas And Vice-versa For Twenty-five (25) Destinations, And (2) Conveyance By Air For Domestic Direct Inter-island Exchange Of Mails From Visayas To Mindanao Areas And Vice-versa For Twenty (20) Destinations 1. The Philippine Postal Corporation, Through The Cy 2025 Corporate Budget Approved By The Board Of Directors Of This Corporation, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Forty-six Million Eighty Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-four Pesos And Forty-one Centavos (php 46,080,324.41) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Services For The Following: (1) Conveyance By Air For Domestic Inbound/outbound Mail Dispatches From Cmec To Vismin Areas And Vice-versa For Twenty Five (25) Destinations, And (2) Conveyance By Air For Domestic Direct Inter-island Exchange Of Mails From Visayas To Mindanao Areas And Vice-versa For Twenty (20) Destinations. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine Postal Corporation Now Invites Bids For The Abovementioned Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods/services Is Required Within One (1) Year From Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non- Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
