Description Itb No. 2024-i025 Invitation To Bid For Public Bidding For One (1) Lot Construction Of Drainage System Of Philippine Orthopedic Center (poc) The Philippine Orthopedic Center (poc), Through The Hospital Income Intends To Apply The Sum Of P9,000,000.00 (nine Million Pesos) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Public Bidding For One (1) Lot Construction Of Drainage System Of Philippine Orthopedic Center (poc) / Itb No. 2024-i025. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Poc Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 180 Calendar Days From The Issuance Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
