Delivery Schedule: Within 30 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Purchase Order Delivery Place: As Per Station Indicated In The Request For Quotation Please Submit Your Price Quotation Using The Price Quotation Form (form No. 1) For The Above-mentioned Project Together With The Following Documents On Or Before 25 November 2024 At 10:00 Am At 2nd Floor Pnr Executive Building, Mayhaligue Street, Tondo, Manila. A. Valid Mayor’s Permit; B. Philgeps Registration Number;and C. Original Copy Of Omnibus Sworn Statement, Supported With Notarized Secretary’s Certificate Or Special Power Of Attorney **note: A Valid Certificate Of Platinum Membership With Philgeps May Be Submitted In Lieu Of Items A And B. Quotations Must Be Valid For A Period Of Ninety (90) Calendar Days From The Date Of Submission. Award Shall Be Made To The Lowest Quotation Which Complies With The Minimum Technical Specifications And Other Terms Stated Herein. All The Provisions Of Ra No. 9184 And Its 2016 Revised Irr, Including The Generic Procurement Manual, And Associated Issuances, Constitute The Primary Source For The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract, And Thus, Applicable In This Negotiated Procurement And Up To Contract Implementation. Herein Clauses- Terms And Conditions, Shall Serve As The Secondary Source For The Terms And Conditions Of The Contract.
