Description Invitation To Bid For Construction Of Seawall 1. The Philippine National Railways, Through The General Appropriations Acts (gaa) For Cy 2018 Thru General Appropriations Acts (gaa) For Cy 2024 Special Provision Intends To Apply The Sum Of Forty Seven Million Five Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Two Hundred Forty Nine And 41/100 Pesos (php47,595,249.41) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Seawall. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine National Railways Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within One Hundred Fifty (150) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
