Description Invitation To Bid For Procurement Of Ballast For Lucena Division 1. The Philippine National Railways, Through The General Appropriations Acts (gaa) For Cy 2022 Thru Gaa 2024 Special Provision Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eighty-seven Million Four Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Three Hundred Seventy-five And 20/100 Pesos (₱87,499,375.20) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Ballast For Lucena Division. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine National Railways Now Invites Bids For Procurement Of Ballast For Lucena Division. Completion Of All Works Under The Contract Is Required Within One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
