Description Invitation To Bid For Procurement Of Rail Mounted Truck (rebid) 1. The Philippine National Railways, Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa) For Cy 2018 Thru General Appropriations Act (gaa) For Cy 2024 Special Provision Intends To Apply The Sum Of Sixty-five Million Nine Hundred Seventy-three Thousand Six Hundred Pesos (₱65,973,600.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Rail Mounted Truck (rebid). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine National Railways Now Invites Bids For Procurement Of Rail Mounted Truck (rebid). The Scope Of Work Shall Be The Supply And Delivery Of Rail Mounted Truck And To Ensure That The Materials Meet The Required Standard And Specification. Completion Of All Works Under The Contract Is Required Within Two Hundred Forty (240) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
