The Philippine National Railways, Through The General Appropriations Acts (gaa) For Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eight Million Nine Hundred Ninety-eight Thousand Three Hundred Fourteen Pesos (₱8,998,314.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction/renovation Of Train Personnel Dormitories (lot 3 – San Pablo). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine National Railways Now Invites Bids For Construction/renovation Of Train Personnel Dormitories (lot 3 – San Pablo). Completion Of The Works Is Required Within One Hundred Seventy (170) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
