Description Invitation To Bid For Station Improvement (lot 2 – Libmanan Station) 1. The Philippine National Railways, Through The General Appropriations Acts (gaa) For C.y. 2018 Thru Gaa 2024 Special Provision Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Million Seven Hundred Forty-five Thousand Six Hundred Thirty-nine And 13/100 Pesos (₱7,745,639.13) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Station Improvement (lot 2 – Libmanan Station). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine National Railways Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within One Hundred Ten (110) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
