Description Invitation To Bid For File Compactor For Various Offices 1. The Philippine National Railways, Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa) For Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Two Hundred Sixty-six Thousand Three Hundred Thirteen And 60/100 Pesos (₱3,266,313.60) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For File Compactor For Various Offices. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine National Railways Now Invites Bids For File Compactor For Various Offices. Completion Of All Works Under The Contract Is Required Within One Hundred Fifty (150) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
