Description Invitation To Bid For Repair/ Rehabilitation Of Security Offices (lot 2 - Naga And Legazpi) 1. The Philippine National Railways, Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa) For Cy 2022 Thru Gaa 2024 Special Provision Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Three Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-four And 92/100 Pesos (₱2,399,394.92) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Repair/ Rehabilitation Of Security Offices (lot 2 - Naga And Legazpi). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine National Railways Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
