Description Invitation To Bid For The Hiring Of An Events Organizer For The Celebration Of World Aids Day Summit Ib No. 2024-002 1. The Philippine National Aids Council (pnac), Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa) 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Philippine Pesos (php2,000,000.00). Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Hiring Of An Events Organizer For The Celebration Of World Aids Day Summit Under Ib No. 2024-002. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Pnac Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of The Above-captioned Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within The Period Specified Under Section Vi. Schedule Of Requirements. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project, Equivalent To At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
