Projected Volume- 29,700 Kilograms Annual Budget Ceiling: Php 2,524,500.00 Price Per Kilogram- Php 85.00 Period Of Contract And Delivery- January 1, 2025- December 31, 2025 Scope Of Works Equipment And Installation- The Supplier Shall Install Equipment With No Cost At Phc’s Premises To Be Used Only For Storing, Handling And Dispensing Lpg Purchased From The Supplier: Product Quality- Lpg Supply Shall Meet Marketing Specifications Under Bureau Of Philippine Standards. Supplier Shall Provide Test And Quality Inspection Certificate During Deliveries. Density Shall Be 0.525 To 0.55 @ 15 Deg C. Deliveries- Shall Be Made By Truck. Supplier Shall Provide Calibration Certificate For Its Metering Device. Delivery Receipts Signed/acknowledged By Phc Or Its Authorized Representatives Shall Be Sufficient Proof Of Delivery. Compliance And Permitry- The Supplier Shall Apply For The Necessary Permit. Product Quality- Lpg Supply Shall Meet Marketing Specifications Under Bureau Of Philippine Standards Technical Service- The Supplier Shall Provide As Part Of Their Offer The Following Services Free Of Charge: Engineering Audit Of The Lpg Facility- Inspection To Be Facilitated For Any Repairs And Improvement Needed On The Lpg Tank Farm. Semi-annual Preventive Maintenance Of Lpg Facility-to Ensure The Lpg Tank Facility Is In Good Condition. Emergency Call-24/7- Provide A Special Service In Case Phc Experience Unsafe Conditions On Their Lpg Facility. Annual Comprehensive Leak Testing From Lpg Facility And Pipelines Going To The Equipment. Lpg Safety Trainings And Seminars- Lpg Product Knowledge, Safety And Training And Emergency Response On Lpg Leaks. Tank Requalification Shall Be Provided If The Due Date Falls During The Contract Period. Repairs And Assistance Shall Be Provided For Any Findings Related To Lpg Facility. Safety Audit On Lpg Tank Facility And Lpg Piping System And Equipment And Come Up With A Recommendation Fitted Compliant With The Code. Dismantle Any Obstruction Prior To Installation Works.
