The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation, Through The Cy 2024 Corporate Operating Budget Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Million One Hundred Thirty Three Thousand One Hundred Pesos (₱9,133,100.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract On The Bidding For The Conduct Of Annual Physical Examination (phex) For Philhealth Employees (casual And Regular) In The Head Office For Cy 2024 Under Invitation To Bid No. Phex 2024-05-gsb. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Opening Of Bids. 2. The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of Services Shall Commence On The Agreed First Day Of The Cy 2024 Examination Cycle After Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed And Will Continue Until The Last Employee’s Scheduled Examination. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years (august 29, 2022 - August 28, 2024) From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
