Description The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (philhealth) Regional Office Iii (pro Iii) Seeks A Service Provider For Its Sms Bulk Messaging That Has Flexibility With Real Time Routing (sender And Receiver) For Its Members And Stakeholders. The Service Must Have All The Facilities Required By Philhealth Regional Office Iii To Perform Its Tasks, Deliver Its Programs And Services To Ultimately Accelerate The Achievement Of Its Targets As Well. The Project Shall: •provide Sms Bulk Messaging Services And Platform From The Start Of The Contract Until December 31, 2024, Or Until Renewed; •contract Renewal Shall Be Subject To A Cost Benefit Analysis That Is Most Beneficial To Philhealth, Has Earned A Satisfactory Performance Rated By The End-user, And Other Applicable Requirements Under The Gppb Existing Guidelines; •the Service Provider Shall Work In Parallel With The Information Technology Management Section Of Philhealth Regional Office Iii All Throughout The Duration Of The Project, Which Includes But Not Limited To: Installation, Orientation/training, Testing Of Sms Bulk Messaging Platform/api/web Service; •the Service Provider Must Have The Necessary Technical Support And Assistance To Ensure Minimal Downtime On Philhealth’s Messaging Processes.
