That The Winning Bidder Shall Provide Venue For 45 Pax Free Of Charge. 2. That The Winning Bidder Shall Provide The Following Meals On: - Am & Pm Snacks On August 01, 2024 - Lunch On August 01, 2024 - Dinner On August 01, 2024 - Breakfast On August 02, 2024 - Lunch On August 02, 2024 3. That The Winning Bidder Shall Provide/attach Menu; 4. That The Winning Bidder Shall Provide Mineral Water And Coffee During The Entire Duration Of The Activity; 5. That The Winning Bidder Shall Provide All The Necessary Utensils Needed; 6. That The Winning Bidder Must: - Ensure That Accommodations Meet Safety And Health Standards; - Accurately Represent The Condition And Amenities Of The Accommodation Offered; - Be Responsible For Addressing Any Issues Or Complaints Promptly And Effectively; - Inform The Office Of Any Changes To Accommodation; - Abide With Applicable Data Protection Laws And All Information Will Be Used Solely For The Purpose Of Arranging Accommodation And Will Not Be Shared With Third Parties Without Consent. 7. That The Winning Bidder Shall Clearly Outline The Fees At The Time Of Booking. 8. That The Payment Shall Be Made Upon Completion Of Documents And Duly Inspected By Philfida Inspector. Interested Suppliers Are Required To Submit Their Valid And Current Mayor’s Permit, Philgeps Registration Number, Omnibus Sworn Statement, Tax Clearance Certificate, And Price Quotation From (annex “a”) During Submission Of Quotation. Award Of Contract Shall Be Made To The Lowest Quotation, Which Complies With The Minimum Description As Stated Above And Other Terms And Conditions Stated In The Price Quotation Form. Payment Is Within 15 Working Days After The Delivery.
