The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (pdea) Through The General Appropriations Act (gaa) 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Twenty-one Million One Hundred Sixty-six Thousand Pesos (p21,166,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Acquisition Of Janitorial Services And Supplies Of Pdea National Offices, Academy, Ses-k9, And Regional Offices For Cy2025 With Bid Reference No. 2025-02. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (pdea) Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Services Is Required For A Period Of 12 Months Starting From March 1, 2025 To February 28, 2026 Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
