Description Invitation To Bid For Procurement Of Comprehensive Ict Maintenance Services For The Philippine Competition Commission Data Center Infrastructure For Cy2025 1. The Philippine Competition Commission (pcc), Through The F.y. 2025 National Expenditure Program (nep) And Section 7.6 Of The Revised 2016 Implementing Rules And Regulations Of The Republic Act No. 9184, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (php4,900,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Comprehensive Ict Maintenance Services For The Philippine Competition Commission Data Center Infrastructure For Cy 2025 Under Invitation To Bid (ib) No. 2025-epa-0015. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot As Indicated In The Technical Specifications Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Pcc Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
