Description Invitation To Bid Transport, Hauling And Delivery Of 54, 340 Pieces Of Coconut Seedlings From Pca-drc To Different Drop-off Points In Region Viii Under Cy 2024 Sprlcp 1. The Philippine Coconut Authority Region Viii, Through The Cy 2024 Sprlcp Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million One Hundred Seven Three Thousand Six Hundred Pesos Only (₱2,173,600.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Transport, Hauling And Delivery Of 54,340 Pieces Of Coconut Seedlings From Pca-drc To Different Drop-off Points In Region Viii Under Cy 2024 Sprlcp With Public Bidding No. 2024-010. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Pca Viii Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Will Start Immediately After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed And Will Be Dependent Upon The Availability Of The Seedlings From Pca-drc And Ever Delivery Should Be Completed Within Ten (10) Days From Receipt Of Notice From The Center That Seedlings Are Ready For Withdrawal. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Past Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
