The Philippine Coconut Authority Region Xiv-barmm, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), As Duly Authorized To Conduct Small Value Procurement, In Accordance With Section 53.9 Small Value Procurement In The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations Of The Republic Act 9184, Hereby Invites All Interested Suppliers/bidders To Offer Their Lowest Government Price. 3. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 75 Days Upon The Issuance And Receipt Of Purchase Order And Notice To Award. 4.
