The Philippine Coconut Authority Region Xiv- Bangsamoro Autonomous Region In Muslim Mindanao (barmm), Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Seventy-seven Thousand Pesos Only (php 277,000.00) Being The Approved Budget Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply Of Hotel Food And Accommodation For The Conduct Of Year-end Assessment And Planning Workshop In Zamboanga City. Quotation Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine Coconut Authority Region Xiv-barmm, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), As Duly Authorized To Conduct Small Value Procurement, In Accordance With Section 53.9 Small Value Procurement In The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations Of The Republic Act 9184, Hereby Invites All Interested Suppliers/bidders To Offer Their Lowest Government Price. 3.
