Description 1. The Philippine Coconut Authority Region Xiv- Bangsamoro Autonomous Region In Muslim Mindanao (barmm), Through The Coconut Fertilization Project (cfp) Cy 2022, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Pesos (php 1,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply, Handling, Transport And Delivery Of One (1) Set Of Composting Facility For Biodegradable Wastes Under Coconut Fertilization Project Cy 2022 . Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine Coconut Authority Region Xiv-barmm Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 75 Days Upon The Receipt Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
