Description Invitation To Bid For The Supply And Delivery Of Meals For The Conduct Of Coast Guard District Eastern Visayas (cgdev) Activities From Second To Fourth Quarter Of Cy-2024 1. The Philippine Coast Guard - Coast Guard District Eastern Visayas, Through The Respective Gaa Funds Fy 2024 Of Cgdev Offices And Sub-units Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Three Hundred And Fifty Thousand Pesos (php 2,350,000.00) Only Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Supply And Delivery Of Meals For The Conduct Of Cgdev Activities From Second To Fourth Quarter Of Cy-2024 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine Coast Guard - Coast Guard District Eastern Visayas Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Shall Commence After The Issuance Of Ntp And Orders Shall Be Communicated To The Supplier One (1) Calendar Day Prior To Delivery. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fails’’ Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (rirr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.
