Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Philippine Children’s Medical Center (pcmc) Now Invites Bids For The Above-mentioned Project. Completion Of The Project Is Required Within A Period Of One (1) Year. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
