The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (pcso), Through The 2024 Corporate Operating Budget Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nineteen Million Fifty-nine Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-one And 84/100 (php19,059,651.84) For The First Year Only Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Security Services For Pcso Branch Offices In The Northern And Central Luzon (ncl) Regions (identification No.: Pr No. 04-04-240185). Below Is The Schedule Of Total Approved Budget Allocation For This Multi-year Project: Year Abc (in Php) 1st Year July To December 2024 January To June 2025 19,059,651.84 2nd Year July To December 2025 January To June 2026 19,059,651.84 Once Awarded, The Winning Bidder Has The Obligation To Honor The Succeeding Year Contract With Pcso Based On The Above Schedule Of Approved Budget. Pcso Reserves The Right To Pre-terminate Contract Without Liability For Reasons Of Budgetary Limitations In Succeeding Years. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Pcso Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed (ntp) Which Shall Be Effective For Two (2) Years.
