Description Invitation To Bid For One (1) Lot Procurement Of Two (2) Years Rental Of Multi-function Photocopying Machines 1. The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (pcso), Through The 2025 Corporate Operating Budget Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Nine Hundred Twenty-four Thousand Pesos (php3,924,000.00) Or One Million Nine Hundred Sixty-two Thousand Pesos (php1,962,000.00) Per Year Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For One (1) Lot Procurement Of Two (2) Years Rental Of Multi-function Photocopying Machines (identification No.: Pr No. 11-06-240621). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. All Bid Prices Are Considered Fixed And Not Subject To Price Escalation During Contract Implementation. 2. The Pcso Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. The Project Duration Covering The Leases/rental Of Multifunction Copier Machines In Pcso Shall Be For A Period Of Two (2) Years From The Issuance Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). The Date Of Earliest Delivery And Installation Of The Photocopying Machines At Its Designated Locations Shall Be Made On 15 March 2025, Subject To The Actual Inspection, Test Run And Acceptance By The General Services Department (gsd) Representatives. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. 4.
