Large Heavy Duty First Aid Trauma Emt/ Paramedic Shears/scissors 7. Family Disaster Preparedness Booklet 1,400 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected. 2. The Pcso Now Invites Bids For Procurement Of One (1) Lot Supply And Delivery Of Pcso Emergency Go Bags For Distribution Through A Single Year Framework Agreement. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required On The Schedules Stated In Section Vi. Schedule Of Requirements After Issuance Of A Call-off Or Any Date Determined By The Pe. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
