Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Pagasa Now Invites Bids For The Early Procurement Activity (epa) For The Above Procurement Project, In Accordance With The Provision Under Appendix 31 Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Ntp. Price Is Inclusive Of Vat And All Other Applicable Taxes.
