The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical And Astronomical Services Administration (pagasa), Through The 2023 Continuing Appropriations Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Million Two Hundred Seventy-three Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-eight Pesos And 60/100 (php6,273,268.60) Only, Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The “construction Of Synoptic Station Building, Observer's Quarters, Powerhouse, Perimeter Fence, Gate & Signage At Visayas State University, Inopacan Rd. Baybay City, Leyte – Np Two Failed Biddings” Pr 2024-07-0515 / Ib 2024- 69 Inf_np. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical And Astronomical Services Administration (pagasa) Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Required Is One Hundred And Fifty (150) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
