The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily completed similar works during the last 7 years. The bidder should have experience in electrical works and should have registration for electrical works in class 'D' or above in the department, or they should have a joint venture with an appropriate electrical contractor registered in the department. For Building work experience, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one construction of Building work of value not less than Rs. 274.13 Lacs (80% of contract value) or should have satisfactorily completed at least two construction of Building works of value not less than Rs. 205.60 Lacs (60% of contract value) each or should have satisfactorily completed at least three construction of Building works of value not less than Rs. 137.06 Lacs (40% of contract value) each. For Electrical Works experience, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed during the last 7 years at least one similar work of value not less than 80% of estimated cost of Electrical works or should have satisfactorily completed at least two similar works of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost of Electrical works each or should have satisfactorily completed at least three similar Electrical works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of Electrical works each. The bidder should have executed in the last seven years, a minimum of the following of items of key works out of the bill of quantities given in the relevant section of bid documents, including 50% of the BoQ Quantity for quantity-based works and 70% of Capacity for capacity-based work. The values and percentages mentioned include: - Rs. 274.13 Lacs (80% of contract value) - Rs. 205.60 Lacs (60% of contract value) - Rs. 137.06 Lacs (40% of contract value) - 80% of estimated cost of Electrical works - 60% of the estimated cost of Electrical works - 40% of the estimated cost of Electrical works - 50% of the BoQ Quantity - 70% of Capacity The bidder should also provide details of Physical Quantities of items required in the Contract Data, executed under different agreements by the bidder. The aggregate sum of sub-contracted works should not be more than 20 percent of the total Bid Value.
