The bidder should have experience in executing similar works, with a minimum experience specified in the implementation/construction of similar works. The bidder should submit a degree/diploma certificate and provide details of similar works performed over the last 7 years, including work-wise details, completed during the last 7 years, with details of subletting done, if any. The bidder should have completed works of a similar nature over the last seven years, with the year-wise detail of quantities of different items of works executed and their value as per their agreements. The bidder should also provide an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper regarding the experience of work as per the required clause, with work-wise details, completed during the last 7 years, including details of subletting done, if any. The bidder should have satisfactorily completed during the last 7 years, at least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender, or should have satisfactorily completed at least two similar works of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender, or should have satisfactorily completed at least three similar works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The actual value of such similar executed works shall be increased at a simple rate of 7% per annum to bring the same to the current costing level. The experience of work required should be under a Central/State Govt. Department and its Undertakings, and experience certificate for similar works obtained from any private agency/contractor shall not be considered. The bidder should have experience in similar work, with agreements registered during the last 7 years. The value of the work executed under the agreement during this period should be indicated. In terms of evaluation, the bidder's experience in similar works is evaluated based on the following criteria: 20 marks for experience in similar works, with 60% marks for minimum eligibility criteria, 100% marks for twice the minimum eligibility criteria or more, and pro-rata basis for in-between values. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - at least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost put to tender, - at least two similar works of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost put to tender, - at least three similar works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost put to tender. The bidder should also provide details of annual turnover data for the last five years, with the turnover amount in Rupees in Lacs, certified by a registered Chartered Accountant of the firm. The bidder should also provide a summary of current contract commitments/works in progress, with the aggregate sum of subcontracting not exceeding 20 percent of the total Bid Value.
