The bidder should have prior work experience of similar nature over the last seven years. For Building works, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one construction of Building work of value not less than Rs.176.83Lacs (80% of contract value) or should have satisfactorily completed at least two construction of Building works of value not less than Rs. 132.62Lacs (60% of contract value) each or should have satisfactorily completed at least three construction of Building works of value not less than Rs. 88.41Lacs (40% of contract value) each. For Electrical Works, the bidder should have satisfactorily completed during the last 7 years at least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of Electrical works or should have satisfactorily completed at least two similar works of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost of Electrical works each or should have satisfactorily completed at least three similar Electrical works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of Electrical works each. The bidder should also have completed a certain quantity of similar works, including: - Earth Work: 600.00 Cum - PCC Work: 52.00 Cum - RCC Work: 292.00 Cum - Reinforcement: 31000.00 Kg - Centering Shuttering: 1544.00 Sqm - Brick Work: 177.00 Cum - Tiling Work: 479.00 Sqm - Plastering Work: 2399.00 Sqm The bidder should have achieved an average financial turnover of value Rs. 66.31Lacs (not less than 30% of contract value) during the immediate last three consecutive years. The actual value of similar executed works shall be increased at a simple rate of 7% per annum to bring the same to the current costing level. The bidder should have a minimum of 80% of the minimum eligibility criteria for equipment and machinery, with 100% for 1.5 times the minimum eligibility criteria, and pro-rata basis for in-between values. The aggregate sum of the subcontracting components should not be more than 20 percent of the total Bid Value.
