The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having satisfactorily executed and completed similar works with some Central/State Govt department or an autonomous body or PSU of State Govt or Central Govt. The actual value of such similar executed works shall be increased at a simple rate of 7% per annum to bring the same to the current costing level. For Civil & E/M works, the bidder should have executed in the last seven years, a minimum of the following items of key works: - 50% of the BoQ Quantity for quantity-based works - 70% of Capacity for capacity-based work The bidder should have experience of work required under a Central Govt. Department / any State Govt. Department / Central or State Govt. Undertakings. For Electrical Works experience, the bidder should have: - Satisfactorily completed during the last 7 years, at least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of Electrical works - Or should have satisfactorily completed at least two similar works of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost of Electrical works each - Or should have satisfactorily completed at least three similar Electrical works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of Electrical works each. The bidder should also have satisfactorily completed similar works with the following requirements: - At least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of Electrical works. - Alternatively, at least two similar works of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost of Electrical works each. - Or, at least three similar Electrical works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of Electrical works each. These works should have been completed during the last 7 years. Additionally, for specialized electrical works like HVAC, the bidder should either have experience (authenticated by an experience certificate) or submit an MOU affidavit with the manufacturer/authorized dealer. The bidder is required to have prior work experience in similar works, with specific quantities mentioned for each type of work, such as: - Earth Work: 600.00 Cum - PCC: 52.00 - RCC Work: 292.00 - Reinforcement: 31000.00 - Centering: 1500.00 - Shuttering: 177.00 - Brick Work: 479.00 - Tiling Work: 2400.00 The bidder needs to provide information on the project name, description of work, contract value, and date of completion for each similar work performed. The required prior work experience is also mentioned in FORM – XI, which asks for details of similar works performed over the last 7 years, and FORM – XIV, which asks for the "Proposed subcontracts and firms involved" and includes a column for "Experience in similar work". The value and percentage of similar works completed include: - At least one similar work of value not less than 80% of the estimated cost of Electrical works - At least two similar works of value not less than 60% of the estimated cost of Electrical works each - At least three similar Electrical works of value not less than 40% of the estimated cost of Electrical works each - 50% of the BoQ Quantity for quantity-based works - 70% of Capacity for capacity-based work. The amount of solvency required is Rs. 87.00 Lacs and a Credit Limit equivalent to Rs. 54.00 Lacs.
