Description 1. The Pea Tollway Corporation (peatc) Through Its Corporate Operating Budget (cob) Fy 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Forty Two Million Two Hundred Fifteen Thousand Three Hundred Twenty Five Pesos (php42,215,325.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) For The Nine (9) Months Of Fy 2024 (01 April To 31 December 2024), To Payments Under The Procurement Of Security Services For The Manila-cavite Toll Expressway (mcte), With Project Identification Number Peatc- Bac-trod-2024-001-epa. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Peatc Now Invites Bids For The Early Procurement Activity (epa) Of The Above Procurement Project, In Accordance With The Provisions Under Appendix 31 Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Deployment Of Security Guards Is Required Within 10 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice From The Traffic Operations Department, Peatc. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Nondiscretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Irr Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183 (an Act Regulating The Awards Of Contract For The Supply To, Or Procurement By, Any Government-owned Or Controlled Corporation, Company, Agency Or Municipal Corporation Of Materials, Equipment, Goods And Commodities.
