The Peñaranda Water District (peñwd), Through Its Corporate Budget Approved By The Board Of Directors, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Eight Hundred Twelve Thousand Forty-eight Pesos (1,812,048.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) As Payment For System Design, Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Three (3) Sets Mini Scada And Remote Terminal Unit (rtu), Master Station (viewer) In Office Including Integration Of Existing Gsm Controller For Poblacion 4 Pumping Station, Sinasajan 1 Pumping Station, And Sto. Tomas Pumping Station Of Peñaranda Water District. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Peñaranda Water District Now Invites Bids For: Name Of Project System Design, Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of Three (3) Sets Mini Scada And Remote Terminal Unit (rtu), Master Station (viewer) In Office Including Integration Of Existing Gsm Controller For Poblacion 4 Pumping Station, Sinasajan 1 Pumping Station, And Sto. Tomas Pumping Station Of Peñaranda Water District Approved Budget For The Contract (abc)- Inclusive Of All Taxes (in Philippine Peso) As Provided Above Delivery Of Goods Thirty (30) Days From Notice To Proceed / Contract Signing 3. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years Immediately Prior The Date Of Bid Opening Herein, A Single Largest Completed Contract (slcc) Similar To The Contract To Be Bid. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii Clause 5 Of Instructions To Bidders. 4. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra 5183. 5. The Procuring Entity Deemed It Relevant And Necessary That The Bidder Must Have No Less Than Twenty (20) Years Of Experience In The Trading In Water Districts Of Good Standing. 6.
