Description Barangay Manggahan Pasig City Invitation To Bid The Barangay Government Of Manggahan, Pasig City, Through The Bids And Awards Committee Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Pesos And 00/100 (php 1,000,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply Of Food Packs For Cultural Activities With Identification No. M2024-056. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Barangay Government Of Manggahan, Pasig City, Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required On The Day Of The Event As Indicated In The Purchase Order. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
