The required prior work experience for the bidder is 3 years for providing similar type of services to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The bidder must have successfully executed/completed similar Services over the last three years. For similar completed services, the requirements are: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The estimated cost is 20230857.36, and 80% of this value is 16184669.09. Additionally, the bidder should have a minimum average annual turnover of 303 Lakh for the last 3 years. For specific profiles, the experience required is as follows: - For Office Peon: 0 to 3 Years - For Computer Operator: 3 to 7 Years The bidder should have executed at least X No. projects with supply of xx..no. of manpower in each contract of providing manpower services to Central/ State Government Departments/ Public Sector Undertakings/ Autonomous Bodies in last N financial years with order values such as: (a) Single order value of minimum Rs. 162.00 Lakh. Or (b) Two order value of minimum Rs. 101.00 Lakh of each. Or (c) Three order value of minimum Rs. 81.00 Lakh of each.
