The Bidder Should Be Cognisant Of The Size Of The Email As A Whole, And Not Only The Attachments. Please Take Into Consideration That Some Attachments, When Sent, May Be Resized During The Email Transfer. If The Email Size Is Too Large, The Bidder Should Send The Bid In Multiple Emails Properly Labeled With The Solicitation Number, Project Name, And Indicate How Many Emails Are Included (ex. 1 Of 2). Requirement Parks Canada Requires Mowing And Trimming Services Throughout Rouge National Urban Park During The Operating Season (may Through October). The Contractor Must Rake, Mow, And Trim Grassy Areas Around The Park, And Ensure Proper Clean Up Of Clippings. Period Of Contract The Period Of The Contract Is From Date Of Contract To April 30, 2026 Inclusive. The Contractor Grants To Canada The Irrevocable Option To Extend The Term Of The Contract By Up To Three (3) Additional One (1) Year Periods Under The Same Conditions. The Contractor Agrees That, During The Extended Period Of The Contract, It Will Be Paid In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions As Set Out In The Basis Of Payment. Canada May Exercise This Option At Any Time By Sending A Written Notice To The Contractor At Least Thirty (30) Calendar Days Before The Expiry Date Of The Contract. The Option May Only Be Exercised By The Contracting Authority, And Will Be Evidenced For Administrative Purposes Only, Through A Contract Amendment. Bidders Who Do Not Participate In The Visit Will Not Be Precluded From Submitting A Bid. Any Clarifications Or Changes To The Bid Solicitation Resulting From The Site Visit Will Be Included As An Amendment To The Bid Solicitation.
