Eligibility requirements mentioned in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: - The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 10% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. - The Bidder/OEM should have experience of executing Multi-location Purchase contracts of Similar products/Same products. - Copies of relevant contracts (proving supply of cumulative order quantity in any one financial year) to be submitted along with bid in support of quantity supplied in the relevant Financial year. 2. Past Performance: - The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 10% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. - Tenderers who are blacklisted or have a history of not supplying items or not completing work, or whose work orders were canceled, are not eligible for this tender. Values like amount and percentage mentioned for any of the Eligibility requirements: - 10% - The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 10% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. - 25% - The Purchaser reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered up to 25 percent of the bid quantity at the time of placement of the contract. The purchaser also reserves the right to increase the ordered quantity up to 25% of the contracted quantity during the currency of the contract at the contracted rates. Technical certification required by the bidder to participate in this tender: - ISO 9001 Certificate - ISO 14001 Certificate - ISO 20000-1 Certificate - Make in India for Local OEM products - BIS registration of the supplied stores to the IS 13252 Part 1 (2010) is mandatory. - Availability of security testing report for CCTV/VSS issued by standardization Testing and Quality certification is required. - BIS Registration (CRS) for safety general requirements as per IS 13252 (Part 1):latest
