The Catering Service Contractor Must Schedule And Prepare Food Taste Session For At Least Ten (10) Persons For The Above Foods • Event Proper 1. Ingress At Least Six (6) Hours Before The Dinner For Set Up Of Tables, Chairs, Buffet Stations, Linens, Dinner Ware, And Utensils. 2. Elegant Buffet Set Up With Centerpiece 3. Provide A Minimum Of One (1) Buffet Station Each For The Inside And Outside Of The Katipunan Lounge. 3. For Identified Vvips, The Caterer Shall Be Responsible For The Plating Of Food. Drinks Shall Be Served Sit-down Style By The Plm Food Assistants. 4. Provide Adequate Number Of Uniformed And Well-trained Food Handlers At Each Buffet Stations To Manage The Distribution Of Soup And Entrees (number Of Food Handlers Must Be Approved By The Sub-committee). 5. Have At Least A Coordinator Assigned As Person In Charge. 6. Ensure And Maintain The Quality Of Food To Be Served. 7. Complete Catering Equipment And Utensils 8. Provide Kitchenware/chinaware, Knives, Spoons, Forks, And Other Cutleries To Be Used During The Event. 9. Ensure The Complete Preparation And Set-up Of Tables And Chairs At Least Five (5) Hours Before The Start Of The Start Of The Dinner, Or At 2pm. 10. Ensure That The Food Shall Be Ready For Serving At Least Two (2) Hours Before The Start Of The Dinner, Or At 5pm. 11. The University Shall Impose Liquidated Damages As Follows: A. If The Caterer Fails To Completely Set-up The Chairs, Tables, And Utensils Two (2) Hours Before The Start Of The Event Equivalent To One-tenth (1/10) Of One Percent (1%) For Every Minute Of Delay B. If The Caterer Is Not Ready To Serve The Complete Meal One (1) Hour Before The Start Of The Event Equivalent To One-tenth (1/10) Of One Percent (1% ) For Every Minute Of Delay 13.
