Scope Of Work: 1. Deliver The Monthly Chemical Requirement Needed And Said Deliveries Should Be Inspected By The Building Maintenance Official. 2. Submit Chemical Dosing Plan And/or Schedule, Which Include Concentration, Frequency, And Total Chemical Volume. 3. Each Unit Shall Be Cleaned Once A Week With High Pressure Washing Of Tower Fills & Basin, Cleaning Of Tower Fills And Sludge Removal At Tower Basin. 4. Semi-annual General Cleaning Of Cooling Tower And Shall Be Done During Weekends, Either On Saturdays Or Sundays Or During Holidays. 5. Submit Water Analysis Every Week. Note: In The Water Analysis Monitoring, The Service Engineer Shall Conduct Routine Water Analytical Testing (ph, Tds, Alkalinity, Hardness, Ci, And Silica) And Monitor Key Controlled Parameters. 6. The Contractor May Assign As Many Personnel To Be Led By A Supervisor To Ensure Proper Performance And Accomplishment Of Works. 7. Extra Care Should Be Done During The Cleaning And Ensure That All Water Outlets Are Opened And The Contractor Shall Be Liable Of Any Defect That May Arise Due To The Contractor Personnel’s Negligence. 8. Maintain Chemical Dosing And Operation Logbook. 9. The Contract Shall Be A Period Of One (1) Year
