Overall, the property is divided into 4 building sections, which are connected to one another via corridors and open staircases. The building is being constructed as a solid construction in reinforced concrete across all floors. Vertical ventilated wooden cladding with integrated, generously sized wooden window bands determines the external appearance. The roof will be designed as a warm roof and will have a gravel covering and will be covered with a PV system. Interior walls will be painted white or, depending on the area, clad with wooden cladding to match the external appearance. Suspended ceilings will be closed with a white grid ceiling or light wood wool lightweight panels. A steel-constructed arcade will be built on the west side. The school will be built on the area of the currently used schoolyard next to the existing school building, which will be demolished at a later date. An interim area for the schoolyard will be set up to the north for the construction period. After the new building has been constructed, the existing building will be demolished so that the built density, including the height, will be significantly reduced. The demolition area will be landscaped and used as a playground area. The adjacent gym will be retained. The work of the an will involve window and glazing work. The construction will be carried out as a wooden window system in pre-wall installation. Wooden window system with profile design IV 78 and IV 92 with pigmented thick-layer glaze, triple thermally insulating glazing, with external venetian blind system and aluminum window sill system. The following components are included in the scope of work: - 850 m2 wooden windows with casement windows, fixed glazing and top-side thermal insulation/blind panels, lined up to form window bands - 152 m2 floor-to-ceiling wooden windows as fixed glazing elements with external door elements - 5 external door elements - 350 m aluminum external window sill system - 62 venetian blind systems - 260 m venetian blind U-panel - 120 m venetian blind filler panels
