Oxfordshire Fire & Rescue Service (ofrs) [company Of Oxfordshire County Council] Are Conducting This Collaborative Tender On Behalf Of A Group Of Partner Fire & Rescue Services (frs), Listed Within The Documentation. Frs Partners Will Be Involved In The Tender And Evaluation Process, Resulting In Several Separate Contracts Managed Independently By Each Frs. Following A Legislation Change, The Participating Partners Require A Contract For The Supply Of Florine Free Fire Fighting Foam. The Tender Comprises Of 3 Lots: - Lot 1: 3/3 (3% Induction Rate) - Lot 2: 1/3 (1% Induction Rate) - Lot 3: Collection And Safe Disposal Of Foam Bidders Are Invited To Tender For The Provision Of The Services Described At Appendix 1 Specification For A Term Of 5 Years With An Option For The Frss To Extend For Up To 2 Further Years, Anticipated To Commence On 1st January 2025.
