The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration Regional Welfare Office-national Capital Region (owwa Rwo-ncr), In Consistent With The Fy 2025 General Appropriations Act (gaa) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Sixteen Million Three Hundred Seventy Thousand Six Hundred Fifty And 00/100 (php 16,370,650.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Bidding Of One (1) Lot – Provision Of Janitorial (including Supplies) And Other Support Services For Owwa Rwo-ncr For Cy 2025. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Owwa Rwo-ncr Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Services Is Required By March 2025. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
