Duration Of The Contract. The Lease Term Shall Be For A Period Of Six (6) Months Commencing On Janaury 01, 2025. The Annual Increase Shall Not Be More Than 5% Of The Preceding Year's Lease Rate, Subject To Six (6) Months Prior Written Notification.
