Contract notice: Procurement of mental health and substance abuse services This call for expressions of interest establishes a dynamic procurement system for social and health services. The procurement system is valid for four (4) years from its establishment. Service providers may apply for the procurement scheme at the start-up stage by submitting a request to participate in accordance with a published call for expressions of interest. Procurement in the procurement system targets housing services and housing-related services for customers who need support due to problem drug use or a mental health problem. Examples of housing-related services include housing-related social rehabilitation, support staff activities, guidance and counseling. The acquisition also covers housing services development services. The services are mainly provided in Northern Ostrobothnia. At the establishment stage, the procurement system is divided into the following categories: 1. Supported housing 2. Service housing 3. Enhanced service housing. The content and minimum requirements for each class of service are described in the service description for the service. The subject and conditions of the procurement system are described in the Annex to the request for participation Principles of a Dynamic Procurement System. The contracting entity reserves 15 working days for the processing of requests to participate received by 10.00 on 12 April 2021 during the establishment phase of the dynamic purchasing system. The contracting entity will send the first invitations to tender within the procurement system once at least all requests to participate received by the deadline have been processed. Requests for tenders will be sent on or about 27 April 2021. The first invitations to tender within the procurement system will be sent to categories 1 to 3 of the procurement system.
