This Request For Proposals (the “rfp”) Is An Invitation By Ornge To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For Propeller Overhaul And Repair Services As Further Described In Section A Of The Rfp Particulars (appendix D) (the “deliverables”). Ornge Is Seeking A Preferred Primary Provider And A Secondary Backup Provider For The Provision Of On And Off-wing Propeller Overhaul And Repair On The Lightweight Hartzell Propellers, Model Number Hc-e4a-3d, And Blades Model Number E10477sk. The Service Provider(s) Must Be: A) A Hartzell Propeller Factory Authorised Service Facility Or, B) Have A Pass Result With A Valid Oem Quality Audit Report, And With Adequate Equipment, Spare Parts, And Have Hartzell-specific Trained Technicians Available At The Site Where The Maintenance Will Be Performed. These Must Be Maintained During The Contracted Term; Failing To Fulfill These Mandatory Requirements Will Result In Terminating The Agreement. To Proceed In This Rfp Process, The Proponents Must Be An Ornge / Ornge Global Air Approved Vendor By Our Quality Manager, Delegate Or Personal Responsible For Maintenance (prm).
