Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Oriental Mindoro Municipality Of Gloria Invitation To Bid Ib No. 2024-059 Supply And Delivery Of Materials For The Construction Of Four (4) Units Of Toilet Facility With Septic Tank At Bamboo Plantation 1. The Municipality Of Gloria, Through The Supplemental Budget No. 3, Appropriation No. 23 Series Of 2024 Under The 20% Development Fund (mo-bamboo Plantation) Intends To Apply The Sum Four Hundred Eighty Five Thousand Pesos (php 485,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Four (4) Units Of Toilet Facility With Septic Tank At Bamboo Plantation. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Gloria, Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days Upon The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
