Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Sangguniang Barangay Of Campaasan Now Invites Bids For Installation Of Solar Street Lights. Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within 10 Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years, From The Date Of Submission And Receipts Of Bids, A Single Largest Completed Contract (slcc) That Is Similar To The Contract To Be Bid, And Whose Value, Adjusted To Current Prices Using The Philippine Statistics Authority (psa) Consumer Price Indices.
