Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years, From The Date Of Submission And Receipts Of Bids, A Single Largest Competed Contract (slcc) That Is Similar To The Contract To Be Bid, And Whose Value, Adjusted To Current Process Using The Philippine Statistics Authority (psa) Consumer Price Indices. It May Also Be Downloaded Free Of Charge From Website Of Philippine Electronic Procurement System (philgeps) And The Website Of Procuring Entity Provided That Bidders Shall Pay The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Of Documents Not Later Than The Submission Of Their Bids. 6.
