The Department Of Education Schools Division Of Oriental Mindoro Thru Its Bids And Awards Committee Invites All Interested And Legitimate Bidders To Participate In The Abovementioned Activity, Taking Into Consideration The Following: 2. The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Is One Hundred Seventeen Thousand Six Hundred (php 117,600.00) Pesos Only. 3. Any Quotation/bid Amount Submitted Exceeding The Abc Shall Automatically Be Rejected. Awarding Is Per Lot/package Basis And Not On Unit Cost. Winning Bidder Is Required To Submit Omnibus Sworn Statement As An Additional Documentary Requirement Upon Receipt Of Purchase Order. Note: Prices Must Be Quoted In Philippine Peso Inclusive Of All Taxes To Be Paid And Other Incidental Cost To The Delivery Site/s If The Contract Is Awarded. 4. All Bids Must Be Accompanied With The Following Documentary Requirements:  Mayor’s/business Permit  Philgeps Certificate/registration None Submission Of The Above Stated Documentary Requirements Is A Ground For Disqualification. 5. Bids/rfq Must Be Submitted In A Sealed Envelope With The Following Labels: Attention: Bac Chairperson Name Of The Project: Name, Address And Contact Number Of The Bidder: Bids Submitted Online Via Email Are Invalid, Unless Proof Of Documents Is Attached That The Same Is In Transit/courier. 6.
